This role requires working 4 hour shifts during the day.
Your Daily Heroes' Responsibilities:
- Offer compassionate health care services in our patients' homes
- Help with household tasks to ensure a comfortable environment
- Assist in transporting and accompanying patients to their doctor's appointments or hospital visits
- Assisting with simple prescribed medications with care
- Support clients with personal care activities
- Monitor vital signs and report any concerns
- Keep detailed care records and document provided services
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy or exercises
- Be a friendly companion
- Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrivals
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of current valid auto insurance
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Good communication skills that create positive connections
- Willingness to travel within the service area
- CPR Certified (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- High School Graduate or GED
