Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding position as a Hospice RN? We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals with Hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family for our Gilbert AZ location servicing the East Valley and surrounding - especially Mesa and Apache Junction.
Responsibilities
- Case management working with an interdisciplinary team to support the patient's goals.
- Provide end of life education and support to all engaged parties
- Able to make everyday moments extraordinary
- Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (CMS, OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
- Knowledge of Hospice regulations and or CHPN is a plus!
- Candidate must be able to lift, turn and carry supplies as needed. (10-50LBS)
- Current Drivers license
- Positive and enthusiastic mindset
- Enjoys listening to great music, TED talks, and or podcasts while driving
