💼 What You'll Be Doing:
- Visit clients in their homes to assess daily challenges and build custom treatment plans
- Help people improve things like motor skills, strength, coordination, and independence
- Guide clients through exercises, adaptive strategies, and fun activities that make a real difference
- Educate families and caregivers so they feel confident continuing support between visits
- Track progress and update goals—you'll see the wins as they happen!
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or close to licensure—new grads welcome!)
- You're great with people, including kids, adults, or seniors
- You love helping others grow and overcome challenges
- You're flexible, self-motivated, and down for some solo travel (locally)

Requirements
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state of Michigan
- Experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a home health setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a flexible approach
- Tech-savvy with documentation and communication platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
