Our client is a boutique RIA located in the Pasadena area managing $500 mil AUM and servicing HNW clients over $1 mil in assets. The firm seeks a Wealth Advisor with strong investments experience, financial planning background and UHNW client relationship management skills with a high pace of daily activity and thorough client contact. The Wealth Advisor is an integral part of the wealth management team, this is an office fulltime position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with existing pre-retiree and retired HNW and UHNW individuals, non-profit and corporate client relationships, thoroughly meeting current and changing needs.
- Client relationship development and management, including ongoing and regular client contact and communications to be tracked, updated in CRM and reported to team on a regular basis.
- Engage with multigeneration and related households to identify new opportunities and provide planning services.
- Manage client meetings using video platforms or in person, thoroughly prepare and post follow-up meetings.
- Communication with investment team on client portfolio updates and reviews, returns and new opportunity identification.
- Maintain accurate notes and records regarding client matters in the CRM.
- Keep client service team members adequately informed on all active and pending client matters.
- Adhere to and follow firm processes and systems around team based subject matter expertise services and client relationship management.
