Account Manager
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing financial firm Trifound in (Bay City, MI).

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Finance
- Series 65 License: Life and Health License
- 2 years’ experience in the financial industry required
- Effective communication with clients, advisors, and staff members
- Significant familiarity with financial markets and strong understanding of the advice process
- Keep an organized account of client needs and objective
- Ability to prioritize and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Effective and efficient time management
- CRM experience
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client account issues daily
- Assess client needs and recommend customized solutions to address those needs
- Analyze portfolios, review, and finalize construction of financial plans developed by our financial planning teams
- Assist Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, Accountants, and Attorneys in new acquisition processes to maintain client relationships
- Rebalancing accounts
- Document CRM system with all client communications
- Help build and foster a client referral system
Salary:
- $55,000-$65,000
