Administration Manager
E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our growing team in Honolulu, HI!
The Administration Manager will directly report to the Director of Client Services & Administration. This person will be responsible for a section of the administrative operations of the business. They will oversee a team of New Business Processors, Client Coordinators, and Client Service Advisors ensuring a cohesive, inspired and well-oiled team to provide exceptional service to potential clients, current clients, and our financial advisors. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience where they were able to achieve growth in sales or exceed department expectations in hitting key performance indicators.

Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in management, preferably in an office setting. May be open to management experience in other capacities if skill set it highly transferable
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Salesforce Reporting or Dashboard Experience
- Life & Health and Series 65, 66, 67 or 7 nice to have
- Strong leadership and managerial skills required
Responsibilities:
- Management – Supervise the daily activities of the administrative team, including New Business Processors, Client Coordinators, and Client Service Advisors, with a focus of executing corporate objectives and goals. Tactfully drive improvement and achievement of all Admin KPI’s amongst your team.
- Meetings – Assist with daily huddles, weekly staff meetings and hold your assigned sections 1:1 meetings. Lead these meetings when Director is unavailable.
- Training – Provide initial training and ongoing professional development. Supervise, train, mentor, and coach staff to ensure maximum efficiency. Specializing in an area of admin functions may be considered.
- Performance Evaluation – Periodically evaluate the performance of direct reports with the Director of Client Services & Administration.
- Scheduling – Coordinate staff schedules to ensure full coverage of phones, and service team. Ensure hours on ADP are correct and following company standards.
- Mentoring – Assist with the growth and development of each team member in your region. Look for opportunities for them to advance and improve.
- Analysis – Analyze your assigned region(s) needs and assess the department’s operational and strategic performance.
- Reporting – Pull, analyze, and present data for your assigned region(s) to Director of Admin & Client Services as well as the Admin team in department meetings.
- Data Integrity – Ensure admin of your assigned region(s) are properly using CRM and inputting accurate and timely data into prospect and client accounts.
- Process Improvement – Participate in and drive continuous process improvement, including creating and refining SOP’s to foster standardization and support scaling the administration department and company as a whole.
- Project Support – Assist the Director of Client Services & Administration to complete company projects to improve efficiency and service.
Salary:
- $60,000-$80,000 based on experience
