Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional support to existing clients by managing service requests, such as address and beneficiary changes, withdrawal requests, and incoming client inquiries. Additionally, this role involves maintaining and updating the client database, preparing client reports, and assisting advisors in gathering necessary documents and information to ensure well-organized and productive financial planning meetings.
Key Skills:

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive approach with consistent follow-through
Minimum Requirements:
- Financial Industry experience strongly preferred
- 5 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- CRM experience

The Client Service Administrator will play a key role in ensuring seamless client interactions by maintaining consistent follow-through, building strong relationships with prospects and clients, and assisting advisors in preparing for client meetings. Additional daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities may include
- Handle incoming client service calls with professionalism and warmth
- Process service requests and resolve client issues efficiently
- Assist with client updates, reports, and outgoing communications
- Schedule client appointments and manage the Advisors’ calendars
- Complete and submit applications for new business and existing account updates on behalf of the Advisor
- Prepare client review summaries and required forms for upcoming meetings
- Ensure clear and professional communication with clients and team members
- Manage and maintain client and account databases for accuracy and efficiency
Hours
- 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
- Monday-Friday
Salary
- $50,000 – $60,000
