Our established financial services firm, Stone Oak Wealth Management in San Antonio, TX is looking for an Executive Assistant to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals.
This is your chance to play a key role in the future success of our fast-growing organization! The anticipated career path for this position is to transition into a Registered Client Service Associate (CSA) role.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates Degree
- 2 years of Executive Assistant experience in a busy office
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite
- Advanced Skills calendaring
- Experience with CRM systems
This position requires that you possess the following skills:
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication – both verbal and written
- Good-natured, positive attitude
- Self-directed initiative
- A desire for continuous learning
- Detail oriented with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to adhere to complex regulatory and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
- Schedule client meetings
- Answer phones and greeting clients at the front door
- Coordinate firm events
- Order office supplies
- Research
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Keep databases up to date and accurate
- Schedule team events
- Maintain confidential information
- Follow through on any outstanding projects
- Various industry specific tasks
- Learn the CSA roles and responsibilities
