Front Desk Coordinator
REAP Financial Group is a boutique investment advisory firm that specializes in Retirement Planning. Our mission statement is to “Empower families to reimagine what matters most”. Our home office is located in Northwest Austin; however, we have satellite offices in Georgetown & South Austin.
The primary purpose of this position is to be a positive first impression for REAP Financials clients, while managing the front office, answering phones & providing administrative support to the office.
Front Desk Coordinator Job Description:
- Open the business office
- Greet incoming clients & prospective clients in a friendly warm manner
- Manage Corporate calendar for both advisors and staff
- Answer the phones professionally
- Order & manage office supplies
- Data entry & light bookkeeping
- Filing
- Generate reports from CRM
- Bring clients their choice of beverage/snack
- Sort & distribute incoming mail & mail all outgoing correspondence
- Manage office vendors
- Oversee office maintenance at all three locations
- Keep work area, conference room, kitchen and other common areas stocked and tidy
- Support Advisor(s) by providing beverages, ordering lunch, assisting with administrative tasks including but not limited to faxing, scanning and emailing.
- Assist with client update reports, mailings & emailing’s
- Assist Advisor(s) with educational workshops & client events
- Assist Advisor(s) with special projects

Misc:
- $40K-$50K. Compensation depends on previous experience
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm with lunch. Flexibility required for evening appointments and special events.
