We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and prospects.

Job Duties
As a part-time receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and greeting clients in a friendly, warm manner.
- Ensuring vendor supplies are stocked for client meetings.
- Recording notes from client conversations in an accurate manner.
- Entering and maintaining databases of clients and prospects.
- Managing filing systems.
- Attending and contributing to team meetings.
- Maintaining the office environment in an immaculate and organized condition.
- Maintaining job-related/industry-specific compliance files.
- Assisting in organizing events, event supplies, and promotional materials.
- Assisting in coordinating various vendor/client events.
- Developing and mailing letters to clients for various purposes upon request.
- Prioritizing daily tasks to be proactive in time management.
- Providing general backup support for all other positions, consisting of varied tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Compensation
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience working in a professional office and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient skills with MS Office Suite.
- Comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms.
- Industry experience preferred but not required.
This part-time receptionist position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18/hour, plus a yearly bonus.
