Our fast-paced and faith-based financial firm in Wichita, KS is seeking to add a Marketing Assistant to our team! Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, a proven record of getting prospects/clients engaged over the phone, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and skilled with technology. Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree preferred
- 2 years working in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Social media management experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- CRM experience
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all marketing events.
- Maintain our social media posting and content - website, LinkedIn, X, FB, Instagram, etc.
- Track the numbers to know the effectiveness of various marketing strategies.
- Review and update all company messaging across all online sites.
Hourly Compensation:
- $16 - $20/hr.

Hours:
- Mondays-Thursdays: 8:30am-6pm
- Fridays: 8:30am-1pm
