Key Responsibilities:
- Assist financial advisors in developing personalized financial plans that align with client’s goals and values.
- Conduct research and analysis on financial products, strategies, and market trends.
- Prepare clear and thorough reports, recommendations, and presentations for clients.
- Ensure client records are accurate, up-to-date, and managed efficiently.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing financial planning processes.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and respectfully.
Qualifications:
- Financial Licenses: Series 65 and Life & Health Required within 90 days.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a paraplanner or financial services role is preferred.
- Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., E-Money, Retirement Analyzer).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- CFP certification or progress toward it is an advantage.
