We're looking for a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and prospects.

Job Responsibilities

As a part-time receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and greeting clients in a friendly, warm manner.
• Ensuring vendor supplies are stocked for client meetings.
• Recording notes from client conversations in an accurate manner.
• Entering and maintaining databases of clients and prospects.
• Managing filing systems.
• Attending and contributing to team meetings.
• Maintaining the office environment in an immaculate and organized condition.
• Maintaining job-related/industry-specific compliance files.
• Assisting in organizing events, event supplies, and promotional materials.
• Assisting in coordinating various vendor/client events.
• Developing and mailing letters to clients for various purposes upon request.
• Prioritizing daily tasks to be proactive in time management.
• Providing general backup support for all other positions, consisting of varied tasks as needed.

Requirements and Compensation

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of experience working in a professional office and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient skills with MS Office Suite.
• Comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms.
• Industry experience preferred but not required.

This part-time receptionist position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18/hour, plus a yearly bonus.
