The Position:
Our Client Relationship Specialist delivers world-class service to our high-net-worth clients, while providing support for our growing, fast-paced, efficient and results-driven firm. The person in this role will work collaboratively with fellow Client Relationship Specialists and provide support to our team of financial planners in the areas of financial planning, investments, insurance, marketing, and administration. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and meticulous follow-through are critical to success in this role.
Role Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Facilitate all forms of client communication and act as a point-of-contact (answering any questions regarding their accounts, paperwork, distributions, etc.)
- Update financial planners on servicing items, new business, and the status of projects via CRM software
- Assist in new account set up (preparing paperwork, obtaining client signatures, processing, facilitating funding, etc.)
- Prepare financial professionals for client meetings by having necessary data, reports, analysis, and presentations assembled
- Assist in preparing and processing client service requests for investments and insurance
- Coordinate marketing strategies
- Follow defined workflows to ensure completion of items
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products and solutions, and platforms
- Maintain customer relationship management software (Redtail)
Position Requirements:
- 1-2 years of prior client service experience, ideally in wealth management
- Willingness to obtain industry licenses in the future
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with CRM systems a plus
- Associates degree is preferred
