Our financial planning firm’s services cover most areas of financial planning, from investment and retirement planning to risk management and estate conservation. We specialize in helping our clients develop a comprehensive, cohesive financial strategy that fits their unique needs and enables them to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Client Services Associate for our practice, located in Denver, Colorado. The Client Services Associate will coordinate with the Practice Manager to support the many different tasks for which the practice is responsible and ties directly to the overall business plan of the practice.

About the role:
This role supports the financial advisors and the practice manager with daily tasks. Many of the daily tasks include customer service duties, responding to ad hoc requests and preparing and processing new investment, insurance, and annuity paperwork. You will also coordinate and track projects such as application processing through the broker-dealer and the firm’s database management system. As in most planning firms, you will wear a lot of hats, and every day is different.
This position is a hybrid work schedule: required in-office Tuesday and Thursday; work-from-home Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Requirements:
· Must have prior experience (3 years) working with a wealth manager, financial advisor, or insurance advisor.
· 5 years of experience in client services or customer support
· Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
· An associate’s degree is preferred
· Knowledge of CRM software systems; proficiency with MS Office Suite; strong aptitude for learning new software
· FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and CO Life Insurance licenses are preferred; willing to acquire if not held
