Job Brief:

The Account Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth by building and managing relationships with wealth management firms and demonstrating the value of our digital onboarding solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of client onboarding workflows, compliance requirements, and operational challenges in the wealth management industry. The ideal candidate will be a consultative salesperson who thrives on solving complex problems with technology and excels at articulating ROI to prospective clients.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage with wealth management firms to generate leads for digital onboarding technologies.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, outbound efforts, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our digital onboarding solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that articulate the ROI and efficiency gains of implementing digital onboarding.
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and goals, positioning our solutions as the answer.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-level executives, operational and compliance teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations on how clients can streamline onboarding processes.
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to onboarding to post-production.
  • Provide market and client feedback to inform product development and strategy.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, client onboarding workflows, and operational challenges in the wealth management space.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and evolving client expectations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Track and report sales activity and pipeline progress.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the wealth management, financial technology (fintech), or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital client onboarding workflows, compliance requirements, and operational challenges in the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling client onboarding or digital transformation solutions in the wealth management space.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and custom onboarding configurations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such SEC compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
