Job Brief

The Support Engineer role involves responding to customer incidents and issues in complex software applications within our SaaS environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for the Advisor360 SaaS platform using monitoring, issue diagnosis, break/fix, and service restoration techniques.
  • Optimize insights and analysis from customer cases to recommend improvements to our platform.
  • Build deep domain expertise on global infrastructure deployment technology and processes, utilizing AI-driven software to support clients.
  • Mentor team members with technical expertise and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards and development procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on SaaS applications.
  • Experience in .NET, Python, or Angular is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to respond professionally and empathetically to clients.
  • Understanding of full stack architectures, RESTful APIs, and database design.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail.
