We are looking for highly motivated QA automation engineers with leadership skills to come work on our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage test plans to ensure testing is efficient and completed on schedule
- Lead quality assurance engineers to improve and scale testing via automation and scenario-based testing
- Explore and champion use of AI agents to automate testing
- Develop Selenium and web services tests
- Apply appropriate automated execution and validation methods to improve and ensure quality
- Partner closely with product owners, development leads, and business analysts to understand requirements and appropriate use cases
- Supplement existing automated test suites with appropriate regression tests
- Run daily regression suites and analyze results
- Report defects to project teams as they are identified
- Collect and effectively communicate sprint testing metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in a QA capacity with automation techniques
- Proven leadership and consulting abilities to guide and motivate teams towards achieving successful outcomes.
- Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle with Agile methodologies
- Design, implement, and coordinate test strategies and plans with development/product teams
- Adopt prompt engineering and AI agents to automate test cases
- Develop and execute automated UI and backend tests
- Troubleshoot issues in systems under test
- Experience in web services and backend testing
- Ability to author and maintain automated tests using Python
- Working knowledge of using Azure cloud platform
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases with writing SQL queries is mandatory
- Comfortable using Git, and experienced with CI tools like Jenkins, and test management tools
- Experience with source control and bug-tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and self-motivated
- Lead initiatives and deliver results
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Prior QA Automation Lead experience would be preferred

- Experience in financial services domain
- Supporting engineers on internal tools, system and processes
- Building QE dashboard to report health metrics of code quality and testing
