Who You Are

As the SVP of Sales & Business Development, you are a strategic thinker and dynamic sales executive with a deep understanding of technology-driven solutions. You are passionate about leading sales efforts, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. You excel at collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure our platform and solutions meet client needs and market demands.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Drive the sales strategy for our platform and product solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Lead & Manage Sales Efforts: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on enterprise clients in the financial services industry.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges and positioning Advisor360° as the optimal solution.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, upsell/cross-sell existing clients, and expand our footprint in the wealth management sector.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop targeted campaigns, refine go-to-market strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to position Advisor360° as a leader in the space.
  • Represent Advisor360°: Attend industry conferences, events, and networking engagements to expand market influence and brand awareness.


What You Bring

  • 10- 15 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record in enterprise software, SaaS, or fintech solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and industry leaders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex, high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to wealth management firms, financial advisors, or enterprise financial institutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
