Our client, a high-growth HealthTech startup, is looking for a Chief of Staff to join their talented team. As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the right hand to the CEO, working across every function to keep the company aligned, efficient, and moving fast. You’ll be a force multiplier—leading strategic initiatives, optimizing internal operations, and helping shape the next phase of their growth. This role is perfect for a former MBB consultant who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving hard problems, and wants to take an active role in building and scaling a company from the ground up.
About the Role:
- Act as a Strategic Partner – Work directly with the CEO on high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution across the company.
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution – Help teams stay focused and accountable, ensuring key priorities move forward efficiently.
- Lead Special Projects – Own and execute high-impact projects, from go-to-market strategy to internal process improvements.
- Support Fundraising & Investor Relations – Prepare board materials, analyze key metrics, and assist with investor communications.
- Develop & Scale Operational Processes – Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and build scalable systems for growth.
- Build Strategic Partnerships – Research, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key players in healthcare, AI, and revenue cycle management.
- Act as a Problem-Solver – Jump into any challenge that arises, whether it’s hiring, financial modeling, or strategic planning.
About You:
- 3 years at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain (MBB) experience at a healthcare startup (operations, strategy, or growth experience preferred).
- Execution-focused – You get things done and thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.
- Strong problem-solver – You can take ambiguous challenges, break them down, and create solutions.
- Highly analytical – You use data to drive decision-making and make a compelling case.
- Exceptional communicator – You can distill complex ideas into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and rolling up your sleeves to make an impact.
