**What You’ll Do:**
As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our firm, ensuring every client and prospect feels valued and supported. Your responsibilities will include:
**Client Engagement:**
- Delivering exceptional service through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text communications.
- Creating a warm, professional atmosphere for in-person and virtual meetings.
- Assisting in client onboarding and follow-up to maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
**Advisor Support:**
- Managing meeting schedules across multiple advisors and office locations.
- Proactively supporting client and lead follow-ups to keep the team on track.
**Strategic Contributions:**
- Assisting in the development and implementation of creative strategies to enhance brand engagement.
- Taking on additional projects to support team objectives and contribute to the firm’s success.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or marketing (college coursework in business or communication preferred).
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A positive attitude with a passion for providing extraordinary client service.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
