Overview :
Advisors Excel is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Advertising Review Coordinator to be a pivotal part of our Compliance team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of advertising materials. From conducting final marketing material reviews to providing quality assurance checks and coordinating with multiple teams, you'll be an essential link in delivering polished, compliant advertising that supports our advisors and aligns with regulatory guidelines.

What you'll do :
- Perform final reviews of marketing materials, verifying all compliance revisions are implemented and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Provide quality assurance by identifying and addressing trends or inconsistencies in material reviews
- Conduct backend reviews to confirm submitted stock materials are properly approved
- Assist in establishing a review process for advisors' websites, ensuring timely annual evaluations
- Provide monthly reporting metrics, including SLA times, project volumes, and completion rates across entities
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments to promote effective collaboration and workflow management
- Coordinate with Creative and Compliance teams to address stalled projects and streamline communications and processes
- Support the Exam Team by gathering and organizing materials for field audits
