Position: Medicare Partnership Program Manager

Location: Onsite, Topeka KS or Lenexa KS
Overview:
Are you knowledgeable about Medicare? Do you have a passion for helping seniors gain a better understanding on the various options available and enjoy connecting them with the right plans? Our Medicare Partnership Program is designed to assist financial offices all over the country with their Medicare sales support. Partnering with the advisors’ offices, you will have access to their client base; providing Medicare education and enrollment with all Medicare plan options. (Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, Part D & Ancillary plans)
State Insurance License is required; Advisors Excel will pay for additional state licenses as needed. Plus, AHIP and Carrier Certifications.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct warm and cold sales calls for the purpose of identifying Medicare supplement needs
- Analyze and educate clients on Medicare plan options, which may include ancillary products
- Enroll and guide clients through the application process
- Create, track, and manage sales follow up process for prospective client sales
- Build and maintain relationships with advisor base utilizing the Medicare Partnership; educate advisors on benefits of the program and encourage more participation
- Regularly follow up with carriers on pending applications and any outstanding issues
- Stay current on all Medicare product offerings
Experience you’ll bring:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience related to Medicare industry
- Previous phone sales experience (cold and warm calls)
- Strong understanding of various Medicare plans: Medicare supplements, Medicare Advantage, Part D and Ancillary products
- Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience working with carrier portals, quoting tool software’s and enrollment platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
