As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll be leading full cycle recruitment, supporting Advisors Excel and our related entities. You'll partner with managers to pinpoint staffing needs, build diverse talent pools, and guide candidates through a personalized, high-touch experience every step of the way.

What you'll do :
- Manage recruiting process from beginning to end for multiple openings at a time; including but not limited to development of job descriptions / job postings, resume review, multi-step interviews, scheduling, logistics and extending offers
- Provide an exciting and positive candidate experience; convey core values and promote OneAE Culture to prospective employees
- Build and maintain working relationships with hiring managers; advise on best practices, act as a sounding board on hires, and regularly communicate throughout the process
- Partner with hiring managers to identify target traits, skills, experience levels and other criteria for specific openings
- Source and recruit diverse pool of candidates, including passive candidate recruitment on LinkedIn
- Manage onboarding communication with new employees
- Manage and create proper documentation for internal moves
- Build and maintain knowledge of company divisions to effectively communicate with candidates
