Position: Wealth Planner
Department: Wealth Management Marketing
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
As a Wealth Planner, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our dynamic team of advisors, collaborating on cutting-edge financial strategies, and contributing to innovative solutions for clients. You will be immersed in the entire wealth management process, from case design to advanced financial planning discussions, working alongside a talented team to drive success for both clients and advisors.
What you’ll do:
- Assist team with preparing financial analyses and financial plans for clients
- Communicate with current and prospective advisors on AEWM models/strategies
- Assist with analysis, rebalancing, and administration of client investment portfolios
- Assist with creation and implementation of workflows and procedures
- Handle incoming calls, outbound calls and internal client services
- Establish and execute weekly call out campaigns to advisors
- Support team with recruiting efforts
Experience you’ll bring:
- Series 65 license or must complete within 12 months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
- Strong organizational skills: capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
- Exceptional problem determination skills with a high attention to detail
