What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advisor Care Associate position at Advisory Alpha?
POSITION SUMMARY
The Advisor Care Associate will be an integral part of our Advisor Care team that focuses on financial planning and administrative support specifically for our advisor partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage all Advanced Planning submissions through Advisory Alpha’s proprietary technologies
- Ensure all Advanced Planning quality assurance steps are complete for accurate
- Craft preliminary recommendations to prospects financial situation
- Create and/or update all Advisor Care related training guides
- Provide account level operational and compliance support to Advisor Consultants as needed
- Assist in advisor book of business transition activities for new and existing financial advisor partners
- Support other areas of the business as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis on finance and/or accounting
- Series 65 or 66 license Required
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred (familiarity with account types, security types, general financial planning topic, etc.)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- Familiar with general technology and software applications (Microsoft Office products, social media, general computer navigation etc.)
- Attention to detail and accuracy while balancing multiple tasks and projects
- Personable, Positive Attitude, Patient
- Self-Motivated, Diligent, Hard Working, Accountable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
