About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety while fostering strong relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. This role offers the chance to lead diverse projects, make a tangible impact, and grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of project management, including estimating, subcontracting, and closeout.
- Develop scopes for estimating, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Manage project cost accounting, document control, and change orders.
- Oversee schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
- Administer contracts, approve invoices, and produce monthly project reports.
- Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
- Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong working relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Provide jobsite leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
