Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Texas.
- 3–4 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions , including acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate assets.
- AmLaw 200 experience : familiarity with the pace and expectations of a sophisticated law firm environment is necessary.
- Skilled in complex legal drafting.
- Experience in joint venture transactions is preferred , but not required.
