Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting
- Program, install, troubleshoot, and maintain Swiss CNC machines , ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize machine tool manuals, technical documents, and vendor resources to research and resolve machine issues efficiently.
Customer Training & Support
On-Site Service & Maintenance
Documentation & Industry Knowledge
Qualifications & Skills
Hands-on experience with Swiss CNC machines , preferably Citizen or Miyano.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for CNC programming, setup, and maintenance.
Excellent communication skills to train customers and provide effective remote and on-site support.
Ability to travel frequently to customer locations, providing top-tier field service.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting machine tool manuals, blueprints, and technical documents .
