They are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff Side) to join their team of top-rated attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Evaluation & Client Consultation :
- Meet with potential clients to assess their cases.
- Provide legal advice and outline possible courses of action.
- Legal Research & Case Preparation :
- Investigate accident reports, medical records, and witness statements.
- Gather and analyze evidence to build a strong case.
- Consult with medical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and other professionals.
- Negotiation & Settlement :
- Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Seek to maximize settlement amounts before proceeding to trial.
- Litigation & Court Representation :
- Draft legal documents (complaints, motions, & discovery requests).
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Present arguments, question witnesses, and advocate on behalf of clients.
- Client Communication & Case Management :
- Keep clients informed about case progress and legal strategies.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while deadlines are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Salary is between $100,000 - $135,000 compensation on all cases settled that you originate. Solid benefits.
