As the Production Manager you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the day-to-day production operations, ensuring objectives are met at the lowest cost consistent with product quality requirements, while maintaining high safety standards and ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance. - 4-year Bachelors degree
- 5 years leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing operation.
- Must have experience with budgets and P&L
- Strong Computer Skills : Microsoft Office MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.proficiency in use of Quality SystemsERP (NetSuite preferred) & MRP systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Seeking a strong floor manager that's good at working with diverse teams.
