Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Active Bar Admission in California .
- 4–6 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions .
- Strong background in real estate financing , lender representation , co-lender / intercreditor agreements , and / or commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) .
- Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions efficiently.
