Overview
The Services Operations Specialist is responsible for project setup and management of invoicing, reporting, and month / quarter / year end close activities as it relates to Professional and Managed Services delivery.
Additionally, the Services Operations Specialist will address inquiries, requests, and / or corrections from internal customers. The Services Operations Specialist is to maintain quality data standards, timely response standards, accurate reporting and analysis, and drive to customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Understand Professional Services and Managed Services contracts and supporting artifacts:
- Services Statements of Work
- Professional Services Level of Effort (LOE)
- Managed Services Pricing Calculator
- Accurately set up projects to ensure correct billing rules and timely invoicing.
- Update system record for Professional Services Project Change Requests (PCRs).
- Update system record for Managed Services amendments.
- Execute invoicing cycles:
- Contract dates / milestones
- Subscriptions
- Time and materials
- Execute month / quarter / year end close activities.
- Facilitate routine meetings with Customer Success Managers and Consulting Managers to review upcoming and inflight projects as it relates to revenue recognition and forecasting.
- Maintain subcontractor records.
- Data entry and analysis to produce Forecasting deliverable(s).
- Data entry and analysis to produce Invoicing deliverable(s).
- Data entry and analysis to produce Revenue management deliverable(s).
- Data entry and analysis to support Financials by month.
- Manage inquiries and requests received to Advizex Services and Managed Services shared mailboxes.
- New initiatives as assigned.
