Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Schedule will include on-call hours that include evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include completion of all assigned maintenance projects, as directed by the Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring that equipment is kept in satisfactory order and that all safety protocols are maintained. Duties include: carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, moving furniture, etc.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, minimum 1 year previous building trades or maintenance experience. Advanced training in any building trade preferred, prior experience in small motor repair, and writing skills an asset. Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 50 lbs., and pass DOT non-CDL physical and drug testing.
