Full Job Description- Lead RBT
Advocacy-For-All NFP, ABA & Behavioral Health Consultants is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment in order to proactively breakthrough the barriers of autism and other developmental disabilities. Description
Facility RBT Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 am -12 pm, 10:30 am- 3:30pm, 3:30PM-6PM & 3:30pm – 8:00pm
One year ABA experience, verbal communication training, and RBT certificate is required.
Responsibilities:
- Desire to achieve positive outcomes for clients w/ various developmental disabilities
- Represent the Advocacy-For-All NFP and our mission positively in all interactions
- Initiate and Implement therapy programs developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA during a 1:1 session with a client
- Track, enter and record data during session while targeting different skills related to verbal communication, social skills, play skills, daily living skills (dressing, potty training), etc.
- Demonstrate understanding of the fundamentals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through sessions being observed by your BCBA
- Comfortable working with individuals who may exhibit some challenging target behaviors such as aggression, self-injurious, etc.

Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or a related field is preferred
- Candidates with weekend and evening availability is a plus!
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Has a valid RBT Certification
- Experience working with small children with limited communication and vocalization skills and/or older children
- Must have experience with Verbal Communication.
- Ability to Train Others in ABA strategies and interventions.
Physical Requirements
You will possibly be working with young kiddos! It’s important to be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, communicate with clients and prompt them to communicate and run for long distances.
