Treatment Coordinator

Preferred Search Group is a dental recruiting company that is partnering with a top-rated private dental practice in Pearland to find a Treatment Coordinator. Pay for this position is $20-25/hour PLUS monthly bonus (an extra $6-10/hour on average) and benefits.

We are seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in presenting treatment, dental terminology and dental front office experience. Position Responsibilities:

• Educates patients and families about treatment options and explaining treatment procedure
• Addressing objections and answering questions
• Updates treatment plan information in computer system, collects and posts patient payments
• Schedule appointments, treatment plan consultations and post-treatment follow-ups
• Perform other related duties, but not limited to, making appointments, answering the phone, ordering supplies, and doing the dental billing
• Ensure that each patient receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, this includes greeting and acknowledging every patient, and all other aspects of customer service
• Enter data using dental practice management software
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a dental office and working presenting treatment
• Knowledge of dental practices and dental insurance
• Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
