What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audiologist position at Advocare Brand?
Clinical diagnostic audiologic evaluations including comprehensive audiometry, tympanometry, acoustic reflex, and OAE
Generating formal reports on audiologic findings including recommendations within eCW electronic medical records and diagnostic equipment.
Patient counseling regarding test results, and hearing protection/conservation.
Collaborating on patient care, discussion, and decision-making with otolaryngology team members.
Troubleshooting clinical equipment when necessary.
Master’s or doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
Licensed in the State of New Jersey as verified by the Board of Consumer Affairs
Licensed in the State of New Jersey preferred but not required
Certificate in Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
Flexibility and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of infection control, sterile technique and related impact on rehabilitative medicine practice and equipment.
