OB/GYN appointment setter needed for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 4:30pm
- Responsible for scheduling OB/GYN patients and relaying calls to appropriate personnel
- Answers incoming telephone calls on a multi -line telephone system in a professional matter
- Must be reliable, organized, detailed oriented with excellent communication skills
- Performs administrative duties, verifying insurances and scanning documentation
