Facility: Telecom Location; A93 is a Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices (GMP) environment
Job Summary & General Duties:
- Perform routine sampling and inspections of raw materials, bulk power, finished goods and keep track of retains
- Set up and maintain a physical rack of raw ingredient samples, bulk samples and finished goods samples in the Quality Lab to support Quality inspection processes
- Conduct ATP swabs to verify the effectiveness of cleaning/sanitizing processes. Document and approve before production begins
- Review and approve each step of the weighing, blending and packaging processes that need Quality approval in accordance with manufacturing records
- Perform in-process checks, such as weight, blend uniformity and packaging integrity
- Identify and report non-conformance and deviations, escalating issues when necessary
- Collect production batch record, packing record, and all related documents at the end of each production run. Scan and save them in the designated Quality files
- Manage and maintain product quality documentation and assist with reviewing paperwork
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse and Quality teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly
- Participate in investigation of product non-conformance or customer complaints
- Propose improvements to the production and quality processes
- Provide administrative support such as data entry and filing
- Coordinate and maintain the calibration of equipment (scales, weights), temperature and humidity sensors
- Perform quality duties related to warehouse tasks (receiving, returns, repack, kitting, etc.)
- Participate in any required quality training and support current QA/QC operations as needed

Knowledge and Skills Preferred:
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
