EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail oriented Phone Center
Representative to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be the first point of
contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while handling
inquires and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will possess strong
communication skills and background in a medical office setting, ensuring accurate \
and effective interactions with patients.
Duties:
Respond to incoming calls and assist patients with inquires related to medical services
and appointment scheduling. Knowledge of e-clinical works would be a plus.
Accurately communicate with patients regarding their needs.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is accurately entered into the
electronic health record system.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role within a medical office environment
Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for data management.
Ability to analyze problems critically and provide effective solutions.
A commitment to delivering outstanding service to our patients while maintaining
professionalism at all times.

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
