- Must have experience of 6 months-1 year on application support.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be able to communicate with the client.
- Should able to Monitor and resolve ticket from Queue based on SOP document.
- Should able to assign ticket to the respective team based on the requirement.
- Data Entry and execute SOPs to manage any error as a result of Data Migration.
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Extremely customer-focused, positive, professional attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and frequently changing priorities.
- Reporting of Ticket data
- Willing to work in shifts.
