- Engage in peer-to-peer coaching and mentoring to promote skill-building and professional development within the team
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state where practicing
- BLS certification from the AHA
- Experience in acute care settings or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The stroke unit cares for adult patients with various levels of acuity, requiring individualized approaches to meet their unique needs and goals.
