About the Job
This is an ongoing position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with a flexible day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Nursing and experience in adult teaching or training, as well as developing educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and lead evidence-based educational programs to enhance nursing staff competence and performance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and deliver training programs that address specific needs and priorities.
- Provide expert guidance and support to nursing staff on best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Experience in adult teaching or training, and/or developing educational programs
- Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Nursing Professional Development (RN-BC) certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
