Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images using various imaging modalities.
- Determine radiographic technique based on anatomy and patient condition to obtain quality images.
- Operate advanced fluoroscopic and radiographic exams throughout the hospital.
- Assist radiologists with fluoroscopic procedures, including specialty cases requiring additional experience and knowledge.
- Maintain current certifications in ARRT, IEMA, and CPR.
- Participate in problem-solving issues addressing patients, department operations, quality assurance procedures, interdepartmental relations, and employee morale.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited AMA School of Radiology.
- One year of experience as a General Radiographer.
- Competent in performing complex c-arm cases and fluoroscopy cases.
- Basic knowledge of HIS system and RIS system.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers from all levels.
- IEMA accreditation in medical radiation technology.
- ARRT registration.
- CPR certification.
