Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care based on the nursing process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, following established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control guidelines.
Requirements:
- Active RN license issued by the state where practicing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), obtained within 6 months unless otherwise specified.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and time management skills.
