About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care to patients presenting to the ED. They will demonstrate expertise in assessing patient needs, developing and implementing effective plans of care, and evaluating patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- RN licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
