Schedule Details / Additional Information :
Hours vary. Availability required Monday thru Friday, 8a-8p.
Weekends 8a-4p (hired expectation of every other weekend but able to do every 4th currently).
Holiday requirement : One to two holidays per year.
- Schedule is subject to change based on site needs.
Acts as the first point of contact for patients by providing outpatient department and / or clinic reception. Greets and registers the patient, completes all necessary forms, obtains demographic and insurance information, collects co-payment, posts payments, and adds or updates basic patient account information. Schedules new and follow-up patient appointments.
