• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• 1 year of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in an acute care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
