Major Responsibilities:
- Ensures effective and quality patient care services
- Patient satisfaction with services and health care
- Ensures effective management of staff in achieving goals of the practice
- Effective leadership in practice participation.
- Provides direct patient care if needed to support the team’s delivery of quality patient care.
Licensure:
- Nurse, Registered (RN)
Education/Experience Required:
- Associate’s degree in nursing plus 5-7 years nursing experience or BSN plus 3-5 years nursing experience.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Appropriate clinical skills. Excellent communications skills
- Current Illinois License as registered nurse CPR Certification
