Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Service Representative located in Barrington, IL. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, insurance verification, and understanding medical terminology. They will also handle tasks related to the medical office, including managing patient records and coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
